Companies based in Sector 62 and 63's tech parks mostly need two things done well: an annual day or town hall that works inside tight office-campus logistics, and an offsite that gets the whole team out of the building without a half-day commute eating the agenda. For in-campus events, loading-dock access and AV setup time before business hours matter more than décor. For offsites, we default to venues within 30-40 minutes of the Noida Expressway corridor specifically so a half-day event doesn't become a full-day one.
Sector 18: launches and client-facing events
Sector 18 is Noida's commercial and retail core, and the corporate events based here tend to be client-facing — product launches, dealer meets, press events — rather than internal HR offsites. These need a venue with strong visibility and easy access for external guests and media, not just employees, which changes the venue shortlist entirely from an internal town hall.
Sector 135: industrial-corporate events and large-scale gatherings
The Sector 135 belt skews toward larger manufacturing and industrial-corporate offices, and the events we run there are usually bigger in headcount — annual days and factory-floor celebrations for 300-800+ employees. Venue capacity and parking for a large single-shift workforce are the deciding factors here more than anywhere else in Noida.
